JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 21-08-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the notice dated 26.07.2011 issued under the signature of the Certificate Officer, Samastipur in Certificate Case No. 3/2011-12 along with its entire proceedings; and for connected reliefs.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits on instruction that the outstanding amount together with interest aggregating to Rs. 1,80,650/- has since already been deposited with the respondent-Board vide receipt dated 19.10.2016 and hence the entire amount of the certificated demand stands satisfied.
3. Having regard to the stand of the petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Certificate
Patna High Court CWJC No.14652 of 2013 dt.21-08-2018 Officer with an appropriate petition for redressal of her grievances. If any such petition is filed within two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously and in any event within a further period of four weeks thereafter in accordance with law after grant of an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
