JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 10-09-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent authorities to immediately issue a letter in favour of the petitioner regarding loan under P.M.E.G.P. (Prime Minister Employment Generation Programme) Scheme which has been pending since 15.07.2011 under respondent no. 6.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite the loan in question having not been disbursed to the petitioner, a letter dated 16.02.2013 has been issued by the respondent no. 6 noticing that the petitioner had taken two loans from the Central

Patna High Court CWJC No.14108 of 2013 dt.10-09-2018 Bank of India. It is the stand of the petitioner that the said earlier two loans had been repaid.

3. Having regard to the nature of the grievance of the petitioner and with consent, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Branch Manager, Central Bank of India, Khairwa Branch, East Champaran (respondent no. 6) to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.03.2012 (Annexure5) said to have been filed, if still pending, and dispose of the same after grant of opportunity of hearing to the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously and in any event preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this judgment.
