JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 Petitioner is in custody since 20.06.2014 in relation to Sahkund (Sajour) P.S. Case No. 99/2014 instituted under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner, referring to the allegations contained in the F.I.R. submits that there appears to be family dispute between the informant and her brothers, apparently for the reason that the informant wanted to gift her land to a Mahanth. It was not allowed by the two brothers of the informant and allegedly they managed to beat and kill him. Petitioner is said to be one of the accused persons with omnibus allegation. No specific overt act has been alleged against him and he is only related to the family. Be that as it may, the petitioner, namely, Prakash Singh shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47139 of 2014 (2) dt.03-03-2015 10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Sahkund (Sajour) P.S. Case No. 99/2014.
