2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, three unknown motorcycle borne miscreants robbed Rs.69,400/- from the informant on the gun point.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's name has come in this case during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Golu Kumar. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of

No.48489 of 2023(2) dt.22-08-2023 2/2 arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Mahua Police Station Case No. 629 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
