The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366(A), 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is father of main accused, namely, Md. Arman.

From reading of the statement of victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., it appears that the informant has brought his daughter and left home. She went to her grand mother's house and there is no allegation against the petitioner. In the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2064 of 2021(2) dt.15-11-2021 2/2 from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi P. S. Case No. 418/2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
