JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-12-2022 Heard Mr. Sanjay Kumar, learned Advocate for the petitioner and Mr. Pranav Kumar, learned APP for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 666 of 2021 dated 23.07.2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 447, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner along with two other persons is said to have assaulted the Informant causing grievous injuries. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is no specific accusation against the petitioner and he has remained in custody since 16.05.2022.

Regard being had to the aforenoted facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50085 of 2022(2) dt.09-12-2022 2/2 bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 666 of 2021.
