This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Khudaganj P.S. Case No. 95 of 2020 (G.R. No.2241 of 2020) for the offence punishable under Sections 304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Vide order dated 15.11.2021, this bail application on behalf of the petitioner no.1, above named, has been dismissed as withdrawn as the petitioner no.1 has been arrested. It has come in the case diary that the petitioner no.2

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2073 of 2021(3) dt.14-12-2021 2/2 was staying in Patna and not at his village and at the time of occurrence he is stated to be working as washer-man in Patna. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner no.2, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda, in connection with Khudaganj P.S. Case No. 95 of 2020 (G.R. No. 2241 of 2020), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
