Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed the supplementary counter affidavit and submits that out of Rs. 4,80,000/-, the petitioner has paid Rs. 2,90,000/- and his client is ready to pay the balance amount within three months. Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 accepts this proposal and in these circumstances, this application is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to pay the entire balance amount within next three weeks.

If the entire amount is paid and the application is filed by the accused persons in the Court of the learned Magistrate

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57082 of 2015(6) dt.13-07-2023 2/2 then the proceeding shall be dropped.
