2. The present application has been filed seeking extension of time granted by the Court to the petitioner for surrendering while granting anticipatory bail.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as he is living outside the State, the order could not be communicated to him and such situation has arisen. It was further submitted that the application has been filed soon after the expiry of the date and, thus, there are no willful and deliberate laches on his part.
4. Having considered the matter, the prayer is allowed.

5. The time granted to the petitioner to surrender for being released on bail stands extended by a further period of four weeks from today.
6. Accordingly, the order dated 06.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22550 of 2017 stands modified to the extent indicated above.
7. The application stands disposed off in the aforementioned terms.
