The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sheikhpura P. S. Case No. 271 of 2018 registered under Sections 448, 341, 323, 354(4), 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering direct and specific allegation against the petitioner that he entered into the house of the informant and assaulted her as a result of which she became unconscious, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.
