2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Singhiya P.S. Case No. 214 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of killing the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 23.03.2025. He further submits that the petitioner is not the assailant of the deceased, one Gautam Kumar is the assailant of the deceased. The petitioner has clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45299 of 2025(2) dt.30-07-2025 2/2 for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. District and Sessoions Judge2nd, Rosera, Samstipur/concerned Court below in connection with Singhiya P.S. Case No. 214 of 2024.
