The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 447, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of assaulting due to which informant and his son sustained injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47360 of 2022(2) dt.14-12-2022 2/3 petitioners that petitioners are innocent and they have falsely been implicated in the present case. It is also submitted that in the background of some land dispute, the present F.I.R has been registered. There is no accusation of repeating the blow. It is further submitted that good sense has been prevailed between the parties and a joint compromise petition is annexed as annexure 3 of this application. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 338 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down
