2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, registered in connection with Daudpur P.S. Case No. 141 of 2024.

3. As per prosecution case, on secret information the police personnel intercepted two vehicles. It is further alleged that petitioner is the driver of one of the seized vehicles from which total 77.31 liters of foreign liquor was recovered.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and has committed no offence. Petitioner has no concern with the

He further submitted that petitioner is not the owner of the said vehicle in question. On the basis of suspicion, he has been made accused in this case. Petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and he is in custody since 13.06.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of bail.

6. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case as well as petitioner having clean antecedent, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Exclusive Special Excise Court, Saran at Chapra in connection with Daudpur P.S. Case No. 141 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the Court.
