ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 04-08-2025 Heard learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the Vigilance department who are present in the Court, however, none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

2. From the record, it transpires that on two subsequent occasions, i.e. on 17.10.2024 and 25.11.2024 none appeared on behalf of the petitioner despite repeated calls.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the present writ petition has been filed for limited purpose to close

Patna High Court CWJC No.6107 of 2012(5) dt.04-08-2025 2/2 the file pertaining to the alleged complaint dated 13.06.2007 made against the petitioner in view of the provisions contained in Government circular bearing letter No. 3/M-7/2005 Ka 945 dated 24.06.2005. Learned counsel further submits that a counter affidavit has been filed in this case wherein it is specifically mentioned at paragraph -7 supported by AnnexureA that complaint in question filed against the petitioner has now been culminated in the light of letter no.945 dated 21.06.2005 issued by the Chief Secretary, Bihar.

5. It transpires to this Court that vide order dated 30.03.2012 it has been directed that list this matter along with MJC No. 1588 of 2011 before appropriate Bench. The order dated 27.06.2012 passed in MJC No. 1588 of 2011 indicates that the said MJC has already been disposed of.

6. In the present facts and circumstances, the present writ petition has now become infructuous as the relief demanded by the petitioner has already been settled in the light of the Annexure-A of the counter affidavit.

7. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed having become infructuous.
