JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is an accused in a case under sections 20, 22, 23, 24, 27A, 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per prosecution case 4 Kgs of Charas was found at Brahmsthan. He submits that similar situated persons having similar allegations to that of petitioners have been granted bail by this Court.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner Ramudesh Paswan is directed to be released on bail in connection with Tr.No.37 of 2013, arising out of Sikarpur P.S. Case No.354 of 2012, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District & Sessions Judge 1st, West Champaran, Bettiah.
