Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the O.P. No. 2.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1284C of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 379, 498 (A), 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and also under section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. As per allegation, the complainant was married to petitioner in the year 2014 and she was tortured for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

The matter has become irretrievable since the behaviour of the complainant was not cordial. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the informant has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the fact that the relations have become irretrievable, the petitioner is directed to pay Rs. 4,000/- per month in the bank account of opposite party No. 2.

With these observations, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Complaint Case No. 1284C of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
