2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable in connection with Pranpur P.S. Case No.26 of 2025 under Sections 137(2) and 87 of the BNS, 2023 pending in the court of C.J.M., Katihar.

3. After some argument, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdrawn this case.

4. Permission granted.

5. Accordingly, the present bail application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner that if he surrenders within 6 weeks from today and prays for regular bail, then trial court shall consider the regular bail application of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47205 of 2025(2) dt.30-07-2025 2/2 petitioner and pass order on merit without being prejudice that the present bail application has been withdrawn, preferably on the same day.
