JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 22-01-2021 Earlier the application for bail was rejected by this Court and the court below was directed to expedite the trial within a period of six months but the trial has not been completed within time.

Considering the aforesaid circumstances, the court below is directed to conclude the trial positively within a period of four months, failing which the court below shall release the petitioner on bail on appropriate terms and conditions and submit failure report to the Registrar (Vigilance) for appropriate action.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
