2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sahayak Khazanchi P.S. Case No. 123 of 2025 dated 09.04.2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c)/21(b) of the NDPS Act.

3. As per allegation, two liter cough syrup containing codeine has been recovered from the house of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that search and seizure was not conducted by the police as per law. He also submits that petitioner was not at home at the time of raid of the police.

5. It is also stated in paragraph no. 2 of the petition that petitioner has never moved before this Hon'ble Court for grant of Anticipatory Bail or Regular one.

6. It has also been stated in paragraph no.3 of the bail petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

7. However, Ld. APP for the State vehemently opposes the prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail.

8. Considering the commercial quantity of the contraband seized from the house of the petitioner, I am not persuaded to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.

9. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
