The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 01 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 504, 323, 324, 325, 435, 436, 307, 353 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Moreover, injuries are found simple in nature.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37316 of 2017 (3) dt.15-09-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 01 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
