2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 109 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467,468,469,471,120B,34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, a merit list was prepared for recruitment of Panchayat Teachers and the educational certificates of the candidates mentioned from Sl. No. 1 to 67 were found forged. The petitioner was also amongst them.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that some other accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail on exactly similar footing by the coordinate Benches of the Court in the same police station case number.

5. The learned APP, Mr. J.N. Thakur has opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that the case was registered in the year 2015 and the petitioner remain absconding and he has preferred the anticipatory bail petition after eight years of the lodging of the FIR, whereas other accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail at the early stage of the investigation.

6. In my view, the petitioner does not deserve the privilege of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, it is rejected. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) SONALI/- U T
