The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Aurai P.S. Case No. 20 of 2017 registered under Sections 363/366A of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that on perusal of re-statement of the informant, recorded in paragraph nos. 13 and 55 of the case diary, it transpired that she specifically stated that one Abhay Maharaj might have kidnapped his daughter with intention to marry with her. Petitioners are the bona fide persons of the society. They are innocent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44697 of 2017 (3) dt.03-11-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-cum-Sub-Judge-14, Muzaffarpur in connection with Aurai (Muzaffarpur) P.S. Case No. 20 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
