2. At the outset, Mr. Purushottam Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits across the Board that the present contempt petition has become infructuous in view of the fact that the sole petitioner has died during the pendency of the
Patna High Court MJC No.243 of 2012(5) dt.13-10-2023 2/2 present application.
3. Learned counsel for the State also submits that the order under contempt was put to challenge before the Division Bench and the same has also been set aside.
4. In view thereof, the present contempt petition stands dismissed, having become infructuous.
