Four persons other than the petitioner Manoj Singh are specifically named to have committed the overt-act. Petitioner Manoj Singh is said to be a mere member of the mob without any allegation of committing overt-act.
Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/-(five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sanjay Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class-IV, Patnacity in Gaurichak P.S.Case No.244 of 2014.
