Irshad, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Ajit Kumar, learned G.A.-9 for the State. Petitioner, in the present case, is seeking the following reliefs:- "I. For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, direction commanding the respondents to make the enquiry the Govt. has sanctioned the money for construction two rooms of Middle School Khaira Mahsoni, Kajra, District - Lakhisarai. II. For issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate order and direction for quashing the letter No. 242 dated 12.02.2011 by which the respondent no. 4 gave the direction to Respondent no. 5 to lodge a F.I.R. against the petitioner.

A true/photo copy of the letter no. 242 dated 12.02.2011 is annexed herewith and marked as Annexure-1 to this writ application.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ application was filed in the year 2012 and at this stage he has no instruction with the further development, therefore, he is unable to press this writ application.

Having regard to the aforementioned submissions,this writ application is being disposed of as having become infructuous.
