2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Raxaul P.S. Case No. 59 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 406, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned ACJM, Raxaul.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today
