====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-04-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No. 92 of 2020 registered inter alia under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. His sprayer for bail was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 20.01.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 32904 of 2020.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that by now the petitioner has remained in custody for about two years. The charges were framed on 14th July, 2021 and since then only two witnesses have deposed before the court. Be that as it may, since there is specific allegation made against the petitioner that he shot at the informant causing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57249 of 2021(2) dt.13-04-2022 2/2 injury in the abdomen as a result of which he fell down and was brought to Sadar Hospital, Siwan from where he was referred to PMCH, Patna in a critical condition, I see no reason to take a different view of the matter. The prayer for bail is rejected once again.
