This application for anticipatory bail is in connection with Bypass P.S. Case No. 132 of 2021, for the offence punishable under Section 37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

That the petitioner was not caught on the spot and the allegation is of only drinking liquor.

Considering the above submission, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise,
