The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273, 414, 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 of the I.P.C. and Sections 30(a), 36, 41 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

67.890 liters of English wine has been recovered from Hundai Xcent car.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is neither owner nor driver of the vehicle in question and has got no concern with the alleged recovery. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims no criminal antecedent of similar nature.

Case No. 71 of 2022, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
