2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Tikapatti P.S. Case No. 27 of 2025, dated 15.02.2025, registered under Sections 80, 61(2) of the B.N.S.
3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that Sumoti Devi, informant, married her daughter Mala Devi with Suraj Kumar in the year 2020. Two children were born out of their wedlock. On 15.02.2025, around 5 PM, informant was informed by Bijali Devi, that her daughter was hanged by her in-law's. After marriage 1. Suraj Kumar, 2. Binod Singh, 3.Karan Kumar Singh, 4. Sunita Devi (petitioner), 5. Ankita Devi, 6.Nikita Devi, used to demand regularly rupees three Lakhs from deceased family members and threatened that if they would not do so,

No.45418 of 2025(3) dt.16-10-2025 2/3 they would kill informant's daughter and would arrange second marriage of Suraj Kumar (deceased husband), and they would not be able to do anything to them. After not fulfilling their demand, by conspiracy, they all hanged informant's daughter.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is Mother-in-law and there is no specific allegation of any overt act for implicating her in this case, while the husband of the deceased has been granted regular bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 15.10.2025, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45963 of 2025.
5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner being Motherin-law of the deceased and there is no allegation of any overt act against this petitioner and the husband of the deceased has been granted regular bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, let the above named petitioner, be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of the learned J.M., 1st Class, Purnea in A.B.P. No. 810 of 2025, arising out of Tikapatti P.S.

No.45418 of 2025(3) dt.16-10-2025 3/3 Case No. 27 of 2025, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. as well as the following conditions:- (i) one of the bailors should be the family member/relative of the petitioner (s) who shall provide official document to show his/her bona fide;
(ii) the petitioner (s) shall appear on each and every date before the Trial Court and failure to do so for two consecutive dates without plausible reason will entail cancellation of his/her/their bail bond by the Trial Court itself; (iii) the petitioner (s) shall in no way try to induce or promise or threat the witnesses or tamper with the evidences, failing which the State shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail bonds;
(iv) the petitioner (s) shall desist from committing any criminal offence again, failing which the State shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of their bail bonds. (Ajit Kumar, J) pravinkumar/- U T
