Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 307/34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Both parties are neighbourers and sister of the informant has performed love marriage with the son of the petitioner no.1 and in that background mother of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57740 of 2021(2) dt.04-07-2022 2/2 informant had lodged Nautan Police Station Case No. 22/2020 against the petitioner no.1 and 4 and others. Sister of the informant has denied allegations levelled in the said FIR in her statement u/s 164 Cr.P.C. There is a case and counter case in which both sides sustained injuries. Injuries caused by the petitioners have been found to be simple in nature. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate 1st class, West Champaran, Bettiah in Nautan Police Station Case No. 199 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under sections 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
