2. An order taking cognizance dated 16.07.2014, passed in Complaint case No. 574(C) of 2013 by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Patna is under challenge in the present application filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Code').

4. In any view of the matter, I do not think that a case for interference is made out under Section 482 of the Code.

5. This application is accordingly dismissed but with the observation that the petitioners shall have the liberty to raise
