2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 302/34 IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act registered in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 19/2018.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated on mere suspicion and it is a case of mistaken identity as the alleged occurrence took place in the night at around 8.40 p.m. The main assailant who is said to have fired upon the deceased is co-accused Pappu Kumar Singh and the only allegation against the petitioner is that he caught hold the hand of the deceased.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged as well as the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) Chandran/- U T
