The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Rivilganj P.S. Case No.295 of 2020 registered under Section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 13.01.2022 and 25.03.2022 passed in Cr.Misc.No.20944 of 2021 and Cr.Misc.No.48772 of 2021.
The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the above facts and circumstances
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57212 of 2021(2) dt.16-05-2022 2/2 of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Rivilganj P.S. Case No.295 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
