Learned counsel for the parties agree that the case in hand is squarely covered by a judgment of this Court dated 22.07.2014 passed in CWJC No. 13746 of 2013 (Sone Valley Rice Miss vs. the State of Bihar & Ors.).

That being so, Certificate Case No. 05Y/2013-14 pending before the Certificate Officer-cum-Senior Deputy Collector, Kaimur at Bhabhua is hereby quashed. It is, however, made clear that nothing said in this order will come in the way of the respondents in making recovery
