This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing the First Information Report of Maner P.S. Case No. 170 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Sections 418 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Report was called for from the court below which has been received. From the report it appears that investigation is still pending before the police.

In such circumstances, this application is disposed off with direction to the police to complete the investigation positively
