The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No.142 of 2018 registered under Sections 406, 409, 420 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering that the instant case has been instituted after eleven years of the alleged occurrence with an allegation that the petitioners had embezzled rupees forty four thousand seven hundred which was to be utilized for construction of public toilet, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners are directed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60756 of 2018(3) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No.142 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
