The petitioner is in custody since 28.03.2022 in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No. 121/2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366A, 504/34 of I.P.C. of the Indian Penal Code and POCSO Act.

Considering the statement of the victim girl who says that she is married to the petitioner and is in the family way, this application for bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge POCSO Act cum Additional District
