2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kadirganj P.S. Case No. 34 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown persons are said to have committed dacoity while the husband and wife were going on a motorcycle.

4. Unknown persons are said to have snatched mobile phone, PAN Card, Aadhar Card, SBI ATM Card and cash of Rs. 400/-, gold locket, gold earring etc. The petitioner is in custody since 22.03.2025.

5. Materials have come during investigation to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45166 of 2025(2) dt.30-07-2025 2/2 connect the petitioner with the crime. The petitioner is an absconder and the name of the petitioner has come in the self inculpatory statement of one Subodh Yadav. The petitioner is an absconder for four years.
