The petitioner seeks bail in Katihar Muffasil P.S. Case No. 61 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Earlier vide order dated 25.07.2019 report regarding stage of trial has been called for. Report has already been received. From perusal of report it appears that charges has already been framed. One witness has been examined. At least six months is required to conclude the trial. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail in connection with Katihar Muffasil P.S. Case No. 61 of 2018. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
