Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ application has been filed for a direction to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.10470 of 2023(4) dt.12-02-2024 2/2 respondent authorities to make electricity connection absolute in the part of the premises of petitioner's ancestral property dated 02.06.2016.

Learned Senior counsel for the South Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited submits that as long as petitioner is paying the electricity charges regularly, there shall be no disconnection, however this shall be subject to an order, if any, passed by statutory authority and/ or by the competent court. 4.

In view of the aforesaid submission of learned Senior counsel for the South Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited, this writ application is disposed with liberty to the petitioner to pay the electricity bill regularly to the Distribution Company.
