The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 414 of 2013 registered under Sections 414/13, 341, 323, 504, 307 and 379/34 of Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that petitioner is order giver and his name finds place in the First Information Report.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur Patna, in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 414 of 2013, subject to condition that one of the bailors shall be near relative of the petitioner who will file an affidavit to this effect that petitioner shall not indulge in such activity in future. m.p.
