2. This application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 29.01.2016 passed by learned Addl. Sessions JudgeVI, Begusarai in connection with Cr. Revision No. 109 of 2014 arising out of Complaint Case No. 1616C of 2013 by which learned Judge rejected the Criminal Revision petition and affirmed the order dated 29.11.2013 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Begusarai.
3. At the stage of cognizance, the defence of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15390 of 2016(3) dt.13-09-2023 2/2 petitioners cannot be examined by this Court.
4. Accordingly, this application is dismissed. The petitioners are given liberty to raise all the grounds at the stage of framing of charge.
