2. The petitioner filed the instant application for the following reliefs:
"A) To quash the part of office order being memo no. 9/310-1-20/2008-268(9) dated 13.2.12 issued under the signature of Under Secretary Govt. of Bihar a Photo copy of which is annexed as Annexure-15 to this writ application by which the respondent authority has imposed punishment of censure (Ninda) as well as stopped payment of salary of petitioner for the period from 14.5.2007 to 29.6.2010. However by the said order her absence from duty for the period from 2.8.2005 to 13.5.2007 has been ordered to to be regularised as an extra ordinary leave without pay.
Patna High Court CWJC No.9915 of 2012(5) dt.30-10-2025 2/2 B) To respondent after quashing the order contained in 268 (9) dated 13.2.2012 be directed to make payment of the salary to the petitioner for the period from 14.5.2007 to 29.6.2010 with statutory interest permissible under law.
C) To pass any such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may think fit and proper."
3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that as per instructions received, the sole petitioner having died during pendency of this application, he seeks permission to withdraw this application.
4. In view of the above, the application is disposed off as withdrawn.
