Petitioner seeks bail in Warsaliganj P.S. Case No.312 of 2019 registered under Section 395 of the IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 02.06.2020 with an observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after remaining a year in custody. The petitioner is in custody since 07.11.2019. The petitioner has already remained in jail for one year and about three months. Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
