2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in Kawaiya P. S. Case No. 375 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. It is alleged that this petitioner fraudulently took Rs. 1,50,000/- from the informant in the name of providing Government job.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. There is no chit of paper available on record to substantiate the allegation and petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case with an ulterior motive. Petitioner is lady and claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that petitioner is named in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45183 of 2026(2) dt.09-07-2026 2/2 F.I.R. with specific accusation that she along with one other accused duped the informant of Rs. 1,50,000/-.

6. Considering the nature and seriousness of accusation, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
