JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 20-02-2019 Kunti Kumari-the present petitioner has pointed out some error in the order dated 06.02.2019, as in the order, it has been recorded that there is a relationship of landlord and tenant. The petitioner is still in occupation of the premises is to be treated as the statement of Kapoor Chand Prasad and the petitioner further submits that she has already vacated the land and refused the statement of relationship of landlord and tenant.

The order dated 06.02.2019 is modified to the aforesaid extent.

Any finding and observation made in this order will be confined to this proceeding, it will have no bearing in any other proceeding.
