For issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of the order dated 13.4.2010 passed in case no.169/2010 by District Teacher appointment Appellate Tribunal (respondent no.9), Nawadah whereby and whereunder he has been pleased to dismiss the appeal filed on behalf of the petitioners.

II. For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/writs the respondents to cancel the appointment of respondent no.12 to 17 as Panchayat Teacher under Juiry Panchayat Pakribarawan, which has been done in utter violation of departmental rules and regulations.

III. For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ directing the respondents to appointment the petitioner as Panchayat Teacher on cancel post.

IV. For any other relief/reliefs granted entitled to these petitioners."

Learned counsel for the petitioners, under instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, reserving liberty to approach the State Appellate Authority, Patna, against the impugned order.
