JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 31-08-2018 Today this case has been listed under the heading for 'dismissal' in view of the fact that on previous occasion this was listed for 'admission' but no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner to argue the case.

Today on behalf of the Patna University a counter affidavit has been filed enclosing Annexure-A to submit that payment of difference of arrears for the period April, 1997 to March, 2007 has already been paid to the petitioner which was acknowledged by the petitioner vide letter addressed to the Finance Officer, Patna University dated 27.1.2014. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. In the event, there is any error in calculation or if any amount admitted by the University has not been paid to the petitioner, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to approach the the

Patna High Court CWJC No.23801 of 2013(3) dt.31-08-2018 2/2 University by way of filing representation and in case such representation is filed alongwith a copy of this order, the University will address the grievance as to the wrong calculation or unredressed grievance of the petitioner.
