The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No.291 of 2013 registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Since the name of the petitioners transpired in course of investigation in case of dacoity, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail.

Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
